At Smokey Point Distributing, we appreciate each service member's commitment and sacrifice to serve our country.
As our way of saying "thanks" to all veterans, we participate in the "Wreaths Across America" program each year.
Wreaths Across America helps raise awareness and pay tribute to our fallen soldiers by placing holiday wreaths on veteran gravesites at over 1,200 locations across America.
At Smokey Point, we show our respect for veterans year round. We value the work ethic, discipline and commitment that veterans bring to our workplace. These qualities are consistent with our company's mission to provide superior service to our customers, employees and contractors. We are committed to helping active duty personnel and National Guard members as they return and transition back to civilian life.
While our current fleet is comprised of almost 35% veterans, our mission is to hire even more veterans every year! At Smokey Point, we know that the men and women of America’s armed forces go on to become some of our strongest team members.
