This Year, We're Doing Things A Bit Different.
Driver Appreciation Week has always been about recognizing the people who keep this company moving.
But this year, we wanted to take a step back and ask ourselves a simple question:
What does appreciation actually look like when you're a driver?
Traditionally, Driver Appreciation Week often means lunches, cookouts and events at the terminal. And while there's nothing wrong with getting together, we also recognize something important:
A lot of our drivers aren't there!
You're on the road. You're making deliveries. You're keeping our commitments. And a "Driver Appreciation Lunch" doesn't mean much if you're hundreds of miles away while everyone else is enjoying it.
So this year, we're doing things differently.
No Cheap Stuff. No Tchotchkes. No "Thanks for All You Do" BBQ You Can't Attend.
Instead, we're putting our appreciation directly in your hands.
Every eligible driver will receive the opportunity to choose from two high-quality Driver Appreciation packages
built with gear you'll actually use and brands you know and trust.
We're talking premium gear from brands like Carhartt and YETI — not a drawer full of promotional items you'll forget about next week.
Plus, We're Putting $50 Toward a Meal of Your Choice.
Every driver will receive $50 on their fuel card to enjoy a meal on us.
No specific place. No specific time. No need to be at a terminal. Enjoy it wherever and whenever it works for you.
Safe Driving Deserves to Be Recognized.
Safe driving isn't something that happens by accident.
It takes skill, focus, experience and commitment — and we want to recognize the drivers who have demonstrated that commitment every day.
Drivers who have remained accident-free throughout the year will receive an additional $50 and will be entered into a special raffle for a [[[[[[[[[[[[[[PRIZE]]]]]]]]]]]]]]].

This Driver Appreciation Week, we'll also be recognizing members of our fleet who have achieved an incredible milestone:
One Million Miles.
